As a coffee sourcing company, we take pride in sourcing our coffee beans directly from farmers and local coffee processors. Our mission is to provide high-quality coffee while ensuring that the farmers and local processors are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.
To source coffee directly from farmers, we work closely with local cooperatives and associations to identify farmers who are producing exceptional coffee. We then visit the farms to assess the quality of the coffee and provide technical support to the farmers to ensure that they are growing the coffee in the best possible way.
Once the coffee is harvested, we work with local processors to ensure that the beans are processed and dried to the highest standards. We train with the processors on best practices for processing and drying coffee, and we purchase the coffee directly from them at fair prices.
By sourcing our coffee directly from farmers and local processors, we are able to ensure that the coffee we provide is of the highest quality and that the people who produce it are fairly compensated for their hard work. We believe that this is the best way to ensure the long-term sustainability of the coffee industry in Ethiopia and to provide our customers with the best possible coffee experience.
